Our catering services are delivered across various industries including Tech Companies, Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturing. We understand the food service industry and are extremely passionate about what we do, holding our people and culture as our top priority and we greatly value the opinions of our customers and our team when it comes to managing, developing and growing our business.
Brook Foods was founded in 2007 and has grown from a small event caterer into the large food service provider it is today serving such events as the Rose of Tralee and the Annual Cork Chamber Dinner, as well as managing over 30 workspace restaurants. Brook’s growth and success did not come overnight. It came from the passion and hard work of the team and in early 2020,
Brook Foods began a very exciting journey going into partnership with BaxterStorey Ireland.
The workspace restaurant environment has seen many changes over the years and in order to meet our clients needs, we have launched a ‘Kitchenless’ Management Service and a Corporate Event Catering Service. As the company grows and progresses, we have been working with many of our clients in consultancy roles, supporting their businesses with restaurant redesigns, flows and end to end management.
With our new partnership underway, we are excited to be able to move into new industries and projects. We are also hopeful of opening our first public facing café in Cork City shortly. While, Covid-19 has meant that some of our larger events were postponed this year, we have still catered for two home marquee weddings, something our hotelier background made us perfect for. It is hard to know what the next 12 months hold for us, but we, like so many other businesses, look forward to getting back to a more normal time
2020 has been a tough year for many businesses, none more so that the food and events industry. When we reflect on the last 12 months, we see many highs and lows, and we would like to extend the most heartfelt of thanks to our team, our clients and all who have supported us during this very difficult unprecedented time.We look forward to continuing what we do best, which is to bring people together with great food and service.
