The Cork Wine School and O’Donovan’s Off Licence are excited to announce the 2024 course schedule. This is designed for those seeking formal qualifications or an understanding of wines and spirits produced around the globe.
Gary O’Donovan set up The Cork Wine School to provide people based in the south of the country with a means by which to learn about – and further their enjoyment of – the wonderful world of wine. Gary has over 27 years’ experience lecturing for the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), and brings a wealth of knowledge of the wine industry and wine tasting and expertise.
Level 1 Course:
- Date: Saturday, October 5th
- Duration: 1 Day (9am – 5pm)

Level 2 Course:
- Start Date: Tuesday, October 1st
- Duration: 8 Weeks (Tuesdays, 7pm – 9pm)
- Price: €600
