Brides-to-be are in for a real treat as the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork host their spring Wedding Showcase on April 7 2019.
The event takes place from 2pm to 5pm – the star of the show being the hotel’s newly refurbished Great Island Ballroom. Featuring beautiful new wooden panelling, ornate mirrors and romantic lighting throughout, this wonderfully versatile space is ready to welcome couples in style for their upcoming nuptials. Combined with the hotel’s beautifully maintained gardens and the elegant architecture of Ditchley House, the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork really does impress providing a superbly picturesque backdrop for any wedding day.
On arrival at April’s Wedding Showcase, brides-to-be and their guests will be treated to a drinks reception and delicious canapés in Ditchley House followed by a tour of The Great Island Ballroom which will be presented in all its magic, styled exactly as it could be on any couples’ big day. The civil ceremony space will also be beautifully decorated to give those in attendance a feel for the captivating ambience that can be created on such a special occasion. After enjoying a tour of the ballroom and ceremony space, an exclusive menu tasting will take place with the hotel’s talented Head Chef James Rendell who will serve tasters from one of the venue’s sample menus. Pre-booking of this menu tasting is essential.
From bespoke weddings to inclusive packages, the hotel’s Wedding Coordinator Joanne O’Donoghue will also be on hand to welcome guests and answer any questions they may have.
