Community Padel, led by Sandra Lopez and Michael Mulcahy, is on a mission to make padel — the world’s fastest-growing sport—more inclusive, affordable, and accessible to everyone across Ireland.
Little Island, the largest business district in Cork and the South of Ireland, has been chosen as the launch location for this ambitious initiative, which aims to deliver up to 750 indoor Padel courts across 300 locations nationwide. With over 1,000 companies, 12,500 employees, 1,500 residents, and 21,000 daily visitors, Little Island is perfectly positioned to be the heart of this exciting new venture.
Community Padel is dedicated to being at the centre of every community in Ireland, offering affordable Padel experiences for all. Courts will be available to hire for just €20 an hour, or as little as €5 per person, making it the most cost-effective way to enjoy this thrilling sport.
With an investment exceeding €75 million for the first 750 indoor Padel courts, Community Padel is fully committed to bringing this sport to communities across Ireland.
