Speaking on being named Munster’s Hotel Venue of the Year 2020, Castlemartyr Resort General Manager, Brendan Comerford said: “Our promise at Castlemartyr Resort is to ensure every couple a flawless and magical experience on their special day. It is not only our 17th century manor house and the 800-year-old castle that makes Castlemartyr so special for weddings, but also the meticulous attention-to-detail that our experienced team of award-winning wedding planners provide. Without their tireless efforts, along with the work of all the team at Castlemartyr, this award certainly would not have been possible.”

The hotel offers four award-winning dining options — Bell Tower Restaurant serving modern Irish cuisine with a twist; Franchini’s, an Italian casual dining restaurant; Knights Bar, situated in a restored chapel; and the informal Clubhouse offering a lighter dining option.
