Recruitment Coordinator
Chris Mee Group are currently seeking motivated professionals to join to our Recruitment Team in Cork office.
Responsible for all recruitment administration including invoice processing for the recruitment.
Responsibility
-Write and post job descriptions on career websites, website of Organization
-Source candidates by using databases and social media (LinkedIn, indeed.ie and other)
-Attend job fairs and careers events
-Conduct initial screening of CVs and route suitable candidates to the Recruiter for review Schedule interviews as required
-Conduct reference checking and screening checks and regret unsuccessful applicants
-Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
-Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
-Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
-Create, maintain and update employee files (physical files and databases) and notify payroll of additions & changes
-Ensure recruitment invoices are coded correctly against the correct cost centre of recruitment customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner
-Posting invoices in an efficient manner
-Efficient resolution of queries relating to correspondent/Partner invoices
-Liaising with clients on account issues and queries
-Update own records to record approved / rejected invoices.
Requirements
-Ideally, you’ll bring a couple of years’ experiences working in a recruitment administration (or similarly people-centric)
-IT Skills required – Excel, Word, outlook,
-Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and high attention to details
-Flexible, adaptable and proactive individual with the ability to work on own initiative and within a team
