William Cuddy, the President of LIBA welcomed everyone, both members and potential members, and spoke about the need to support and help each other especially in challenging times. He spoke of the access and location of Little Island being its greatest assets. Only ten minutes from Cork city, the motorway links Little Island to Dublin, Limerick, Waterford and the rest of Cork and the docks are just a few minutes down the road.
“We have established LIBA as a voice for business in this area and are encouraging new business to set up here. We will be as competitive as anywhere else and our strategy is to be as welcoming as possible for potential new businesses”
